MAHMI honors the woman who sparked LaTrā’s love for cooking—her grandmother. She was the family’s head chef, preparing every holiday meal, every celebration, and every comfort dish. Known for her rare gift to taste a dish once and recreate it perfectly at home, her cooking brought people together and made them feel full in every way.
LaTrā grew up surrounded by women who used their hands to build—from cooking to entrepreneurship. She watched her mother build her own business from scratch, and those early lessons gave her the courage to start her own.
