MAHMI honors the woman who sparked LaTrā’s love for cooking — her grandmother. She was the family’s head chef, preparing every holiday meal, every celebration, and every comfort dish. Known for her rare gift to taste a dish once and recreate it perfectly at home, her cooking brought people together and made them feel full in every way.
